In this short survey you will be asked to return a number of certainty equivalents. A certainty equivalent is a guaranteed (100% chance to obtain that amount) outcome which makes you indifferent with the risky combination of outcomes you are confronted with.

For every question you can assume to have exactly 0 days of membership at the beginning of the question.
An example:
Option 1: obtain +360 days of membership with 50% chance and +0 days of membership with 50% chance
Option 2: obtain +X days membership with 100% chance.
Now my question to you is to return the X for which you are indifferent between option 1 and option 2. Executing option 1 or option 2 does not
matter to you, after you have decided on the 'X' in option 2.
I'm not asking you  to choose between option 1 and option 2; i'm asking you the X  (see option 2) which makes you indifferent between playing  out Option 1 and Option 2.
Your answer could be any number between 0 and 360.
The answer is personal, wrong answers do not exist as long as your answers to the consecutive questions make sense.
